CIRS Mold Inflammation PanelWhat it can prove.
When symptoms are everywhere, immune markers help show whether the terrain is still inflamed, dysregulated, and reacting.

The CIRS Mold Panel is a group of specialized blood markers that evaluate the innate immune system's response to biotoxins. In a healthy individual, biotoxins are tagged by antibodies and eliminated. In 25% of the population (genetically susceptible), the biotoxins remain invisible to the adaptive immune system, causing the innate immune system to spin out of control, releasing highly inflammatory cytokines.
This panel measures:
Most conventional doctors are unfamiliar with the Shoemaker Protocol for CIRS. They will run basic inflammatory markers like hs-CRP or ESR, which will come back normal because biotoxins do not activate the adaptive immune pathways measured by CRP.

My C4a peaked at 14,500 ng/mL (normal is < 2830, optimal is < 650). This massive elevation explained why my face was constantly burning and my muscles felt like they were on fire. My MSH was suppressed at 18 pg/mL, explaining my chronic insomnia and severe food sensitivities.
As my home environment was remediated and I completed my detox sequences, my C4a dropped to 1,850 ng/mL and my sleep gradually stabilized.
Separate anxiety, allergy, gut, and histamine overlap. Stabilizing the body requires systematic sequencing. Once you have mapping for CIRS Panel, look here next.
